Upon our arrival, there was a brief hiccup with our reservation, but thanks to a helpful stranger who spoke fluent English, we were able to clarify the mix-up. The owner swiftly attended to our needs, providing us with a comfortable room and a secure place for our bicycles—essential for our active family. Though the restaurant was closed for the evening, the owner graciously offered to prepare us a meal. We returned later to enjoy a delightful dinner paired with a lovely local red wine, enhancing our experience in this charming setting. The room was clean and cosy, providing ample space, a spacious shower, and excellent lighting. Our children particularly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the fact that the hotel is just 12 km from Casino Fumades les Bains, offering us an easy excursion option. Lou Quinsou is truly a welcoming base for families seeking adventure and relaxation in Brazil. Highly recommended for families looking to explore!
